How come it's so real ?..

I'm taking "my blood"out from my body
to create such a kind of stuff
in order to feel "What is exactly how it was.." 

However, sometime it is so hard to do..
Such kind of thing, to do a job
to dig myself in into the deepest side of my heart
stabbing my soul..
where nobody has really reached it before..

How come it's so real ?
I just don't know..
I'm just digging a reality within myself..
